I write books. You read books. That’s a pretty solid foundation for a relationship, don’t you think?
I’m building a team of readers who want early access to my new releases, from the Max Boucher mysteries to the Capital City Crimes (re-releasing later this year), the Solitaire Series, and whatever dark corner my imagination wanders into next. In exchange, all I ask is an honest review when launch day rolls around.
No fluff. No obligation to say nice things. Just your real thoughts.

- A seat at the table. Review team members occasionally get a say in cover choices, title options, and other behind-the-scenes decisions. Your opinion matters here.

What I’m looking for
You don’t need a blog. You don’t need a massive social media following. You don’t need to be a professional reviewer. Here’s what actually matters:
- You enjoy thrillers, mysteries, suspense, or dark fiction
- You can read a book within a couple of weeks of receiving it
- You’re willing to leave an honest review on Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub, or wherever you buy your books
- You’re someone who gets excited about sharing great reads with friends
That’s it. No secret handshake required.
